FairVote Minnesota is a nonprofit charity under section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code. It depends on support from the public for its continued existence and operation. Contributions to FairVote Minnesota are not tax deductible. They support our effective, grassroots advocacy, campaign and lobbying efforts. Copies of the IRS determination letter and financial statements are available upon request.

Many companies will match contributions made by their employees. Contributors are encouraged to contact their employers to see if they will make a matching contribution. The employer's matching contribution form may be sent to the above address.

Commemorative gifts are gladly accepted. Acknowledgement of the gift will be made by mail to the person being honored (or to a deceased person's family) and by announcement in FairVote News.
