THE LOCAL VOICES, LOCAL CHOICES ACT
Currently, less than one percent of local jurisdictions in Minnesota are able to adopt ranked choice voting. The Local Voices, Local Choices Act is a bill in the legislature that would give all Minnesota cities, counties, and school districts the power to adopt RCV for their elections if they wish, and set statewide standards for its use.
