Public policy programs

Home rule charter project: Provide information to charter commissions and local groups considering alternative voting systems for their city or sovereign political subdivision.
State policy project: Monitor, comment, and report on state legislative activity pertaining to the structure
of government and elections, including data collection and analysis, policy development and advocacy, and coalition building.

Election Services

Advise organizations wanting to use an alternative voting system for internal elections. Services include counsel on the choice of voting system, on writing rules for voting and for counting the vote, and on conducting the election and vote count.
